My name is Jim Fichera. I am President and founder of Party Vision, LLC. I grew up in the Live Entertainment Industry with my mother and stepfather who were professional musicians and talent agents. This is where I learned "The Show Must Go On" philosophy at an early age. I have been actively working in the Novelty and Amusement Entertainment Industry for over 20 years. I started in the industry in my early teens loading trucks and doing odd jobs for my stepfather's entertainment agency. I left the industry in my later teens to work in retail. The retail industry taught me a lot about customer service and of course that the customer is always right. In my early twenties I returned to entertainment full time and went back to work with my stepfather. Together we developed some of the earlier novelty events including Video Vibes, The Music Box and Bodywork Temporary Tattoos. I began to work as a freelance event staff person, gaining hands-on event experience with everything from novelty programs to theater, scenery, and live music events. I soon began coordinating events and working as a talent agent as I took business classes part time. In 1996 I decided to start my own company and founded Party Vision. The experience has helped me put together a team of people with the goal of providing you, our customers, with a world-class event experience. We don't consider ourselves to be a rental company or booking agency, but instead a blend of the best aspects of each. We will work with you from conception through completion to make sure your event is one that your guests will never forget. Our goal is to exceed your expectations!
I live in Amherst NH with my wife and three daughters. When I'm not in the office I try to get outside as much as possible. I love to scuba dive, camp and Kayak with my family. I also appreciate the artistic nuances that go into making a refined and eloquent zombie and sci-fi movie!
Our Management Team
Jeremy Darling is our Operations Manager and my right hand man. Jeremy was instrumental in founding the amusement side of our company. He began working with me in 2000 as a part time event manager. After graduating college, with degrees in education and mathematics, he went to work in the seafood industry. He became my Operations Manager in 2002. Jeremy coordinates our event staff and equipment. He is constantly providing our staff with the most up-to-date training to ensure that each event is executed seamlessly. Jeremy also makes sure our equipment is in top-quality condition. He directly oversees all events to make sure each one is a success.
Jeremy lives in Raymond, New Hampshire with his wife and three young children. He loves the outdoors and is an avid fisherman and snowmobiler. He has also recently become a bit of a farmer raising chickens and rabbits. We are all trying to talk him out of adding a pig to his new collection of animals as he is threatening to bring it to the office to visit.
Beth Palmer leads our Sales and Event Coordination. Beth started out as my part time assistant while she attended college. When she completed her education she went to work with Fidelity Investments and gained valuable communication and customer service skills. She returned to Party Vision two years later and has put her skills to valuable use heading up our inside team. Beth is a connoisseur of fine wines and foods and even dabbles at making both herself.
Beth has a policy of no-pressure sales. You can call us at any time with any questions you might have. With years of experience our event coordinators will work with you to put together just the right mix of events.
Kim Butler is our Office Manager extraordinaire. She is the behind the scenes person who keeps us all organized. If you have any contract or logistical questions, Kim is the person to speak with. Kim also is our resident artist. You may see her at an event as a Fancy Face Painter or Henna Artist.
We recently added a new security system but could have probably done without since Kim holds black belts in both Kempo and Kung Fu. A fact that she will happily tell you at a NACA conference after a couple of drinks at the end of the night.
Nick Pratt is our operations manager. Nick is in charge of making sure the equipment you ordered is the equipment you receive. He also makes sure the equipment is in top-notch condition. He oversees the loading and maintenance of all our events. Nick also directly coordinates with our event managers to make sure your event runs smoothly. Nick is a former golf pro and toured with the PGA. His background also includes golf course management. Nick is an avid outdoorsman for all seasons. From fishing and dirt biking to snowmobiling and boating, we have a hard time keeping Nick in the building! You may not see his face at every event, but he has certainly had a direct hand in making sure your event goes off without a hitch.
Briana Edwards is one of our top Event Managers and has been with us for five years. She is the person you would probably most see at college events. Briana loves making clients happy. We get more compliments about Briana than any other staff person.
Briana is also quite the creative artistic person. She is an amateur makeup artist and specializes in turning people into zombies! She loves mixing technology with art as well. The next time you see her, ask her about her sound boards. They are really something neat to see and hear!
Steve DuBois is the newest addition to our management team. He came on board with us in January of 2012 and already fits right in. Steve has a great professionalism and does a great job creating a team environment. He's one of the friendliest guys you'll ever meet. Steve owned his own hunting and fishing business for several years and is a certified firearms trainer.

We are fully licensed and insured, and are proud members of several Safety Organizations, such as OABA (Outdoor Amusement Business Association), NARSO (National Association of Amusement Ride Safety Officials), and we are founding members of ROAR (Responsible Operators of Amusement Rentals).
